| Gynecor™ accepts all insurance. We bill the patient for the appropriate co-pay or deductible. It is the responsibility of the referring office to provide supplemental insurance information when appropriate. Your patient will not be responsible for the difference between Gynecor's™ list price and the payer’s allowable amount, except when services are denied under provisions of the patient's plan. Every effort will be made to appeal denials on the patient's behalf when appropriate. For patients who self pay, the patient is responsible for the billed amount.
